Job Offer: Carpenter - Inventory Coordinator and Construction Supervision*

Location: Coral Springs, FL

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: $56,500 annually

Job Requirements:

Experience in carpentry and interpreting 2D and 3D blueprints.

Knowledge of construction material management and supervision.

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Strong organizational skills for shift planning and overseeing construction processes.

Responsibilities:

*Monitoring inventory levels*: Assess stock usage and determine the quantity of materials to order.

*Interpreting 2D and 3D blueprints*: Read and understand 2D and 3D manufacturing process blueprints.

*Inspecting construction materials*: Check the quality of materials, ensuring they are free of damage, moisture, or other issues before use.

*Ensuring equipment availability*: Ensure the necessary equipment is available and ready for use before procedures commence.

*Adhering to health and safety procedures*: Apply relevant health and safety procedures in construction to prevent accidents and environmental risks.

*Managing material orders*: Receive incoming material orders, manage transactions, and update internal management systems.

*Providing advice on construction materials*: Offer guidance on selecting and testing construction materials.

*Assessing labor needs*: Evaluate workforce performance and provide support and training to ensure product quality and labor productivity.

*Planning work shifts*: Organize employee shifts to ensure customer orders are met and the production plan is successfully executed.

*Ensuring construction deadline compliance*: Plan, schedule, and oversee construction processes to ensure the project is completed within the established timeline.

*Checking material compatibility*: Ensure materials are compatible for joint use and identify potential conflicts.

*Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards*: Supervise all staff and processes to meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.

*Using safety equipment on construction sites*: Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses, to minimize the risk of accidents on-site.

*Working as part of a construction team*: Collaborate effectively with the construction team, sharing information and adapting to changes.

*Ordering construction materials*: Place orders for the required materials, ensuring the best quality and pricing.

*Tracking work progress*: Maintain records of work progress, including time, defects, breakdowns, etc.

*Responding to budget requests*: Prepare pricing and documentation for products requested by customers.
